H.I.I.T. Endurance
Train your muscular endurance system, while you also maximize caloric expenditure (fat burn). This program will show you how to effectively tax all energy systems by increasing your anaerobic and aerobic thresholds.
Circuit stations build, tighten and tone the muscles that you built during the week and then the Tabata intervals in between rounds, will incinerate fat.
This class is 60 minutes in length.
